True professionals. Four folks came to do the wiring with multiple schedules determined to do the best job. When a person came the first time to do the wiring, they had an issue. They spent several hours, followed by three other folks across multiple days, and were very determined to fix the issue with no frustration. I felt bad for them as the price they quoted vs. the amount of time they spent is no match. Finally, they solved the issue and completed the job, and not a word on price increase due to the unexpected complexity. True professionals.

I needed an estimate for three different items. I scheduled an appointment with TruTec to arrive within a 2-hour window. I received a call asking if they could arrive earlier. I accepted the change—it was a benefit to me. Nikolay arrived as rescheduled. He was very respectful, checked what was required for all three items, and provided estimates for each of the items. He was ready to do two of the items right then if I wanted. My initial thought was to say yes—pleasant individual and competitive estimate. When I told him I had another estimate scheduled, he understood and gave me his card to let him know if we would use TruTec for the project.

Really impressed with the quality of service
We just bought a house with an outdated panel and old wiring and called Trutec. Cory arrived on time and took a careful look at our electric system. While we could get by with our old wiring, and I am a building designer, Cory was able to design a system that added capacity, mostly eliminated the risk of short circuits inside the walls, suppressed power spikes, and was rated to withstand a lightning strike. Really impressed with the quality of service and their ability to deliver what you need. Cory suggested a few inexpensive upgrades that have a huge effect and also pointed out what isn’t necessary. No, we did not need to rewire the house, but by delivering solid and smooth power at the panel, our fixtures and equipment will last longer. I highly recommend Trutec.

Cory Hallowich went above and beyond to respond quickly to our power outage and made a fix to get us back up and running. He then went over every detail of upgrading our old, inadequate system to a safer and code-compliant larger panel, with all the systems and equipment needed to support the main and guest house power requirements and to be more durable. He looked for every opportunity to reduce costs where possible. We would highly recommend TruTec Electric for both emergency call-outs and any electrical work.
