He didn’t rush through it and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Even though it was just for a quote, you could tell he really cared about doing things the right way. True professionals. Four folks came to do the wiring with multiple schedules determined to do the best job. When a person came the first time to do the wiring, they had an issue. They spent several hours, followed by three other folks across multiple days, and were very determined to fix the issue with no frustration. I felt bad for them as the price they quoted vs. the amount of time they spent is no match. Finally, they solved the issue and completed the job, and not a word on price increase due to the unexpected complexity. True professionals.

I needed an estimate for three different items. I scheduled an appointment with TruTec to arrive within a 2-hour window. I received a call asking if they could arrive earlier. I accepted the change—it was a benefit to me. Nikolay arrived as rescheduled. He was very respectful, checked what was required for all three items, and provided estimates for each of the items. He was ready to do two of the items right then if I wanted. My initial thought was to say yes—pleasant individual and competitive estimate.
