We had a surge happen Friday. We called TruTec, and Isaiah came out within a couple of hours and examined the situation. He offered options for us. Due to how late in the day it was and getting the supplies, it had to be done the next day, which we were understanding with. The next day, Nikolay came out around 9:30 a.m. to install a new breaker with a surge protector. We had a few issues with the power still fluctuating, but Nikolay and Isaiah were working hard to isolate the issue. It later came to them having to have the city come out to check their connection. Around 12:30, we were happy to hear the issue was resolved. It seemed like an issue on the city side caused the surge on my side.
Will recommend TruTec to anyone I know needs assistance in regards to electrical troubles. Especially recommend Isaiah and Nikolay. Y'all are legends.

We Couldn't Have Asked for Better Service
Had a surge/arc happen in our home, so we shut off our power to protect our devices. Called TruTec, and Isaiah came out the same day. He was very professional, friendly, and found our issue. He gave us our options, which couldn't be handled that night, but the next morning Nickolay came out, replaced our panel, and worked hard to make sure things worked. Due to a few issues, it took all day, and the City of Austin had to come out, but both Isaiah and Nickolay stayed until the issue was fully resolved. Nickolay and Isaiah are literally the GOAT, and we couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend this company and definitely very highly recommend Nickolay and Isaiah!!
