He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and completely open to answering all of my questions. He was thorough with his inspection and provided clear, upfront pricing for the visit, the immediate fixes, and a proposed upgrade for my breaker box. No hidden fees or surprises. I highly recommend Cole if you want an electrician who is professional, transparent, and takes the time to do things right!

My experience with TruTec was awesome! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stewart was respectful, professional, and courteous to the max and did quick work, fixed the issue, and my power (and refrigerator!) was working within 20 minutes of arrival :) I can’t remember having better service anywhere! My breaker had flipped and I couldn’t fix it and this was going to my refrigerator, so I was desperate to get somebody ASAP. I called at 9 AM and they said they could send somebody out between 11-2, but since it was so urgent, she said she’d try to get somebody sooner. The electrician was there by 10 AM! Great service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had issues with my smoke detectors—all 8 of them—going off at the same time multiple times. Nikolay came out and checked them out and turned off the breaker switch in the outside breaker box. He was coming back 2 days later to replace it and check the wiring on each smoke detector. He got ill, and Gabe was able to come. He replaced the breaker switch for my alarms and checked the wiring on each smoke detector. My smoke detectors were good and just needed a new breaker box switch. Both electricians were very courteous and knowledgeable, and able to give my sister and I peace of mind that our house was safe.

I want to start by saying this review was originally going to be a 1-star rating. The initial walkthrough from TruTec was outstanding—thorough, informative, and far better than the two other companies we received estimates from. We had just purchased new kitchen appliances and needed updated wiring, especially since the previous homeowner had done some very “creative” engineering. TruTec earned our business because their walkthrough was detailed and honest, without the pushy upselling we experienced elsewhere. The issues began once the actual work started. The indoor work was solid, but the outdoor work was not up to standard. Wires were left hanging after capping the gas and water lines, and existing wiring was pulled to create slack for a new line. I took photos and contacted the company. After some discussion, the original electrician who gave us the quote returned to review the situation. He immediately agreed the work done outside wasn’t acceptable and took full responsibility to fix it all. He redid everything, cleaned up the line runs, and corrected the exposed wiring (even though it wasn’t live). He handled it professionally and without argument, which I truly appreciated. He also gave some great advice on how to manage the work we want to do without breaking the bank. Because of his integrity and craftsmanship, my review went from 1 star to 5 stars. He was fantastic, and I will absolutely request him again for future upgrades to our home. He deserves the 5 stars for all he did in making things right.
